This is a reflection on change, and how we adapt to the trends that occur in society.  As a marketing professional for over 20 years, I have seen a lot of change in both corporate and educational industries.  It is fascinating how quickly it evolves.

But there are patterns of behavior that make sense in change, and we do things for a reason.  We are motivated by our own personal desires, and when we understand them then it all makes sense.
